About the Center
Israel's only amputee support organization, growing into a dedicated home.
The Next Step is Israel's only organization dedicated exclusively to supporting amputees and their families. To meet growing demand, The Next Step Empowerment Center is being created as a central hub for rehabilitation, empowerment, and long-term community support.
The center brings existing and newly developed programs under one roof so participants can access therapy, adaptive movement, emotional support, and connection in one thoughtfully designed environment.
Three Integrated Tracks
The center brings together everything we do under one roof.
Program 01
Walk Again
Walk Again emphasizes restoring mobility and independence. Proper gait training, physical therapy, and occupational therapy are critical for amputees learning to move confidently with a prosthetic limb.
Gait Training
Trained specialists work one-on-one with participants to create personalized gait training plans, including posture correction, strengthening exercises, and guided walking routines to enhance control and reduce pain.
Physical Therapy
Tailored exercises to improve core strength, flexibility, and muscle control. Through regular sessions, participants regain physical capacity and reduce their risk of secondary injuries.
Occupational Therapy
Helping participants regain independence in daily life activities like dressing, cooking, and maneuvering around their home and workplace with practical strategies and adaptive techniques.

Gait training, physical & occupational therapy for prosthetic users at every amputation level.
Run Again Center
Adapted fitness, running clinic, cycling, and adaptive sports programming.
Live Again Hub
Limitless Mind therapy, One Family programming, Future Steps, peer groups, and community lounge.
Community Lounge
A living room — not a waiting room. Where the family gathers, connects, and belongs.
Gym & Fitness
Available to the surrounding business community, generating revenue while promoting inclusion.
Mobile Outreach Base
Coordination hub for mobile units reaching peripheral communities across Israel.
